Melbye Invests was founded in 2008 and has successfully performed tasks for a series of companies involving strategic planning, corporate finance, capital markets, investment management and corporate & private tax.

Nordic security firm advising in Capital Markets and
Corporate Finance Solutions to Nordic clients.

2006 – 2009  Head of Credit Analysis & Agency Nordic Area,  
Structured Corporate Finance, HSH-Nordbank Cph.  
Branch. Responsible for credit monitoring of the SCF  
portfolio (BEUR 7), the agency function as well as
syndication of incoming transactions together with the origination teams.

2003 – 2006  General Manger/Managing Director Fortis InterTrust  
Nordic Area.
Assignment: Re-organise the Danish BU and to
open up an office in Sweden. Establishment of the  
Fortis Merchant unit Fortis Arbitrage Europe A/S in 2004.
Preparing the “entrance” of the Fortis commercial
Bank in the beginning of 2006.
