Melbye Invest and one of its partner WPlus were searching for industries with stable and growing market potential. We envisaged that the sever market was a logic choice.

After visiting the most obvious market player in Denmark and southern Sweden we obtained the necessary market insight, to market our knowledge to the European M&A market.

We manage to match with the UK Private Equity Fund Agilitas, that asked us to search for willing acquisition objects in the Danish market.

The result was Recover Nordics acquisition of JK Kloakservice and Sydslam in 2018.

Both corporates where bought via earn out models, and the transactions where fully completed during 2020.
